Why we are sponsoring the Day of Cooking for Dr. Biter's Birth Center:
There are very few doctor's in today's world of medicine that seem to live their profession with mission and purpose, demonstrating passion for helping people with every life they touch. Very few doctors these days make you feel like you truly matter, and that there is plenty of time in the day to take care of you, your concerns, and your personal needs. Very few doctors today put the love and authentic caring energy that probably, at one time, brought them to this profession in the first place. Dr. Robert Biter is one of these doctors; he is really one in a million.
Dr. Biter is committed to womens birth rights, allowing women to birth naturally, and according to their plans. He has proven through his years of service that he is not willing to compromise womens birth wishes in order to follow political or financial demands of hospitals. His commitment to women, their bodies, their choices, and their babies is unsurpassed. Tragically, this commitment has recently put him in a challenging situation. After working many years toward building a birthing center, complete with operating rooms and laboring lounges, his building plans have been put at a standstill by these unforseen circumstances, which have caused him to put money and energy elsewhere.
We need Dr. Biter to build his birthing center NOW! We need a place that we can birth naturally, without fear of unnecessary medical intervention or procedures. We need a place where we know our doctor really is caring for us as women and mothers, not a factory moving women through like farm animals in order to make more money.
The building of Dr Biter's birthing center, Babies by the Sea, will require funds beyond what most of us can contribute alone. But together, little by little, we can contribute the funds necessary to take this project step by step.
Whether you have babies on the way, look to have babies in the future, or are just interested in womens rights and supporting an amazing doctor, take this opportunity to donate to a cause that allows women in San Diego to have access to a caring doctor at a safe facility. We are faced with a tragic predicament as doctors like Dr. Biter are forced out of hospitals and unable to assist women to give birth naturally, simply because they do not follow the money-making quid-pro-quo of today's medicine. Put a stop to this by supporting this man in his mission to serve women, babies, and future generations of natural births.
If we can fill these classes- we have the potential to raise over $9,000 in one day for Dr. Biter's birth center. These funds can help pay the needed services to pave the way toward establishing the corporation, non-profit sector, and business outline with which Dr. Biter can approach investors.
$10,000 is our goal to raise in this one day... and will be significant in lining up some of these initial steps. Bring your friends! Buy raffle tickets! And come, ready to cook, eat, and learn!
This is a very special fundraiser- not only do you support Dr. Biter with your financial and physical support, but you take home experience, education, and recipes that are more valuable than the suggested minimum donation.
It's a Win-Win! Don't miss out!
We need YOUR help! Please come and support this event and Dr. Biter.

Fundraising Goals for Day of Cooking for Dr. Biter's Birth Center:
If we can fill these classes- we have the potential to raise over $9,000 in one day for Dr. Biter's birth center. These funds can help pay the needed services to pave the way toward establishing the corporation, non-profit sector, and business outline with which Dr. Biter can approach investors. All of the donated money will go into the Build Babies by the Sea Fund controlled ONLY by the Board of Directors.
Please Join us! Be part of this powerful movement for women.
